On another subject…why do Republicans hate America so much? And why are Democrats letting it happen? If you haven’t caught Keith Olbermann’s fabulous piece on the death of habeas corpus with the signing of the new torture bill, here’s a transcript. And if my old opponent, Steve Barrar is reading — he can feel free to call me and I’ll read the really big words to him aloud.
Lastly, great job by the Sestak campaign (okay, technically the DCCC) in responding to the Curt Weldon (okay, the NRCC) ads. They basically say this guy is corrupt and nuts without coming right out and saying it, which would be a turnoff. These are very solid pieces.
One would hope that DCCC has something similar planned for Lois Murphy’s opponent Jim Gerlach, but so far, nothing.
